Client’s charter

1. Issuing admission offers for long-term courses at ILJTM at least three (3) weeks before the course starts (Training Management Division)
2. Ensure that ILJTM students are certified to be eligible to be awarded certificates/diplomas within two (2) months after the completion of the training session.
3. To settle all claims for payment bills within 7 days from the date of receipt of complete documents. (Financial Branch)
4. Confirm receipt of complaints within 24 hours and respond to complaints within 7 working days.
5. Ensure that every customer who deals at the counter will be treated within 15 minutes.
