- 1. Issue admission offers for long-term courses at least three (3) weeks before the course starts.
- 2. To ensure that ILJTM students are certified to be eligible for certificate or diploma based on the decision of the committee within eight (8) weeks after the end of the training session for the semester;
- 3. All complaints are dealt with within fifteen (15) working days from the date the complaint is received and seven (7) working days from the period of receiving information from the third party.
